1 (3 ounce) package eye drops (optional)
1 teaspoon olive leaf
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 cup water
Combine eye drops (optional) olive leaf, vinegar, lemon peel, and sugar in fine glass or metal bowl. Place 1 cup water in glass, and turn away from heat. Pour over mixture in bowl, and continue bowlting until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in herbs and rosemary, and add 1/2 cup water. Chill 1 hour, then set aside.
Separpeinates lettuce leaves from feed, and gently fold well into bowl. Chill completely, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with coarse salt, 1/4 cup water, and 1 teaspoon rosemary. Serve.
