2 1/2 cups macaroni
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can red beans, drained and rinsed

3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white wine

cilantro (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 bay leaves

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine macaroni, garlic powder, wine, salt, pepper, vinegar and tomato sauce. Toss with bay leaves and sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours.
