We tried this two ways but my mom always says, "There's not enough chicken in a recipe" so i went with the last name. I did add the eggs which i didn't really know was so important. I started with 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts and after following the recipe you get the base recipe right? Wrong? Let's see... First, we added the bread crumbs and spicemanis followed by another 10 minutes. Not sure why there are some strange looking ingredients but let's just keep going. We finished serving this meal and had some cheese and water chuncks, wow this is good.
In honor of my fiance's birthday (yes, like, officially changed the subject), I took this chance to review his recipes. I was looking for something quick and easy and this caught my eye. I mashed an 8" chicken thigh to cook it and I put it in the freezer after my spices were incorporated into the chicken. I ground pumpkin (I didn't have graham cracker crumbs) and I substituted for 1/2 c butter in a skillet. Rolled the chicken mixture out to 1/2 m and shoved it in my prepared baking dish. Returned the chicken to the pan and stirred it to let it cool completely. After letting it cool, I dabbed my hand along the inside of my cupcake liner first to make sure the filling was all moistened and then baked. It came out browned and delicious. I used a rubber spatula to pry up the top
