I am often asked for bread recipes. I always hesitate to leave a reviewer anonymous because I'm not a very good cook. But I was worried that your review might affect your decision. So I made a few changes. I used wheat pastry and didn't cut the crust 2cm thick. I added 2 eggs to the crust & 1/2 tsp. each of dried minced onion and clam.
