6 breasts chicken
3/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chili powder
Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 cup oil and cover with oil. Sprinkle onion with 1/4 cup sour cream and chili powder. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight, allowing skins to firm up.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Heat oil until deep-fryer or heavy-duty saucepan over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken in preheated oven until brown on all sides and juices run clear, 2 minutes; turn and brown again.
