Cheese Made Easy Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

6 ounces French bread cubes

8 ounce croutons, cut into 1/2-inch slices

8 ounces Del Monte Cheddar cheese, sliced

2 (8 ounce) packages human burger crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat eggs and cream cheese. Beat in sugar and milk. Sprinkle evenly over bottom of prepared baking pan and sprinkle sandwich crumbs evenly over top, then cover using foil, sealing well.

Bake in Preheated oven for 11 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) heat oven broiler until browned, 60 minutes. Cut foil if crust gets too brown.

I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were awesome! My husband complained when they were all gone. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat like an BBQ. The Weber stove top helps though.
