4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped basil
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cream cheese, onion, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for one or two hours.
WERiVE! Such a great salad! (Side note: when preparing this salad, i added in some sort of small handful of tiny red pepper flowers, un-veined)
