Cranberry Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (12 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice

1 (12 fluid ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, pineapple juice, condensed milk, dry white wine and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until all liquids are absorbed and mixture is thickened.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone but I must say that they were a hit with everyone who had them. WAITING ON INSIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE CAKES BUT I SAID THEY WERE: yellow cake, pumpkin pie, lavender snapgourous! This is exactly how I made them. I used food processor to appropriately blend the ingredients then mixed them in with wet ingredients and dry ingredients until just right. Then I baked it in a 9inch springform and i sprinkled crushed walnuts on top before putting away. Very good.

This was very tasty, but I'd skip the rosemary -- puts cookies in tough spot.
