1 (15 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (16 ounce) package concentrated dark chocolate, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together dough and cream. Press chocolate chips into the dried meat mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and stir until chocolate begins to melt.
Remove the crumbs from the fridge and stir the chocolate-covered meat into the cream mixture, stirring until all the chocolate is melted. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, covering with a layer of crescent rolls.
Divide the dough in half and spread them evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining cream over the top, then sprinkle a layer of chocolate chip crumbs over the tops. Return the lined pan to the oven for a few minutes to melt a little, then remove from the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
