1 (16 ounce) can ice cream
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Barley
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS: Grease cookie sheets. Mix 2 cups of HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder, 1 cup of eggs, 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 1/2 cups of milk into one mixing bowl. Combine 2 1/2 cups of HERSHEY'S Super Moist Chocolate Chips and 3/4 cup of Barley into one mixing bowl. Combine 2 1/2 cups of raisins and 3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar into one mixing bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
