I additionally had a bag of raisins, strawberries and blueberries, as well as a scoop of Velveeta. I ve never made this before, but they were very fresh and tasty. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, great to be served as a family dinner or even a nice entertaining dinner. Just to add a reccomendation I served my ramen noodle oriental green salad with this dinner and I added fresh mushrooms and broccoli. Made this twice, the first time for a Christmas party, and everyone loved it...the second time I made it for a barbecue... not so sure why people are saying it is dry though... because in the last 10 minutes, which for some reason, all the veggies (even broccoli) got roasting and turning to golden, so I'm wondering if this yeast doesn't make the dish that much easier to handle~*~*_*

Very tasty idea! I did roast garlic and celery as a side dish to roasted chicken breasts, sliced up small chicken breasts, and made a sandwich out of it. Very tasty indeed.

really good!! i used garlic powder, dill weed, red pepper, fresh basil and 1/2 of the olive oil and it turned out great!! i also rolled the meat to make it easier to slice and serve. i made some marmalade and honey before baking and it got some beautiful colors in the oven.
