4 cups semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups boiling water
1 cup white sugar
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Boil for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Stir in pecans and sugar.
Spread melted chocolate mixture all over cookie sheet. Place over double-baked baking sheet. Chill until set. Spread over set baking sheet. Let stand 8 hours, until firm.
