Cool To Serve Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, serve 1

1 (4 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, measure 1/4 cup

1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Spread cream cheese evenly over bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, whip topping until fluffy, then spread over cream cheese layer.

Allow cheese to stand for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with coconut and serve.

I really like this recipe and consider it my favorite bread recipe so far. I didn't set out to make super crazy bread but succeeded beautifully. SERIOUS DIFFERENCE! This was very different from traditional bread baked in breadbox--wet inside, moist inside--like dirty old sandwich bread. But here's the thing--this isn't dirty old bread just because it was kneaded but very messy. This is amazing. Everything about this bread is good. Easy to make and looks great. And if I could give more stars, I would. This recipe is by far the easiest way to make baguette bread. It takes awhile to whip up but it comes out nice and fluffy. And best of all, no butter and no eggs. Easy but a bit on the
