1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup potato flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, stir together olive oil, wine, potato flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place vegetables in bowl. Toss to coat.
Prepare chicken broth or stock according to package directions. Stir in soymilk and vinegar; cook over medium heat until thickened. Add chicken broth or stock to wine, if needed. Stir in nuts and cloves; simmer until almost cooked.
