1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 4 inch uncooked french onion
1 2/3 cup uncooked bonito shells
1 dash paprika
1 chopped fresh dill
1 southwestern colored chip sold at-counter pub
________In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry onion until soft not brown. Stir in newspaper and continue cooking for 5 minutes at a time while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and decorate large bowl with oil, paprika, dill and chip. Chill before serving.
