1 (8 ounce) package artichoke pasta
1 (3/4 pound) can sliced black olives
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine pasta, olives, green bell pepper and stuffing. Stir together and set aside.
Transfer the 2 cups of boiling water to the baking dish. Pour the potluck mix over the water, mixing just until incorporated.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour. Place chili on top to try to melt and caramelize.
I made this for Easter so I didn't have tequila, but I really liked it & will make it again! I didn't have orange zest, so I left it out & it was still pretty thin--just a little thicker than water. But still pretty easy. I used white bourbon, and it would have been perfect you know. So simple and lovely!
