1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated basil pizza crust dough
1 (7 ounce) package cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 2-cup pie pan.
In a large bowl, combine the pizza crust dough, cottage cheese, eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and ranch dressing mix.
Divide the mixture evenly between the two baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top of the pizza. Top with onions and a few slices of celery.
Very good and fast recipe. I did tweek it by adding garlic powder, which worked out well. I'll definitely make this again.
