2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup instant flour (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons mashed chocolate
3 mashed sweet potatoes
2 pounds whole wheat cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whisk together water and eggs. Stir in vanilla extract, flour and salt until reduce had been applied. Fold in mashed chocolate, sweet potatoes and crumbled cracker crumbs. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake of tin foil for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
