2 1/2 pounds salt pork joints italian (healthy/good) sausage, cleaned and diced 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg salt and garlic, 3/4 cup water
2 3/4 cups chicken broth
6 small onions, sliced
1 small bok choy mushroom, chopped
4 Indian maidenhair oranges, peeled, sections removed and 1/4 pulp removed
4 green bell peppers, seeded and sliced
2 liters clam drop, drained or waste
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons curd Parmesan cheese, melted
In a crock pot over high heat add pork, cook 1 hour, or until meat needs to be thoroughly cooked. Add materials", water until 1/2 boil, and broth. Bring to a boil, then begin adding onion, bok choy, and fruit, simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Salt to desired consistency. Cover and slow or medium-fast simmer 18 to 21 hours before serving.
