1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup warm water (120 degrees F/50 degrees C)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Combine cream cheese and milk in small bowl. Beat in vanilla extract, water, and sour cream. Whisk until smooth; spread mixture into bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine sugar and salt. Mix well. Pour about half of mixture over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle top with half of the reserved cracked wheat mixture. Pour remaining mixture over creamer layer. Repeat sides, ending with pea-sized pea. Spread bottom layer of mixture over bread.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set in center.

I used a food processor for this recipe. It made it much easier for me to mix everything together. I also substituted green onions for the potatoes. I made a little mincemeatloaf I put in the fridge for tomorrow.
