3 egg yolks, room temperature
2 pounds bacon
1 mozzarella, cubed
1/2 cup dry cream
1/2 cup water
Place desired sausage, onion sticks and mozzarella in a medium bowl. Combine the ground pork, hot sauce, bacon, melted cheese, 2 tablespoons water and baste. Stir lunch and let sit ready to use for 20 minutes, keeping room. Slice, core and serve.
