1 pound prime rib, very dry
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare eggs in a large saucepan, and cook over medium heat until lightly toasted. Stir in 1 cup of water. Continue to cook until thick, about 5 minutes. Stir in the cooked eggs, and whisk until the big cooked egg is set. Drop the pork by 1/2 cup at a time into the hot sauce, ensuring that it goes in easy. Tuck warm inside the pan.
Pour the whole thickened water over the pork, pouring it into the saucepan as you go along. Add more water as necessary, adding 4 cups of water to the total one cup of water you've added. Top the pan with the bacon.
Bake in preheated oven until done, about 30 minutes.
Cheese McNuggets are good. I used Gold Medal winner Kieffer Brumfield's recipe. Mine came out delicious.
