2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 small white onion, chopped
1 cup fresh rhubarb, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup raisins
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the rhubarb and celery in olive oil until tender. Stir in the walnuts and strawberries. Cook, stirring frequently, until the berries are tender. Stir in the raisins. Cool and serve with a glass of ice cubes.
