2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained and mixture reserved
2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch dish.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, pineapple, bread crumbs and reserved 1/2 cup of pineapple mixture.
Divide dough in half, and roll each rectangle into a 6 inch long roll. To make the crust, place one end of roll in the baking pan, then brush with egg mixture. Then brush with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
