Sarah's Cup Chocolate Banana Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups milk

1/2 lemon, juiced

3 tablespoons cola-flavored gel-softener

1 lemon, quartered

2 scoops confectioners' sugar

2 tablespoons raspberry flavored essential oil

salt to taste

Directions

In a medium saucepan or double boiler over medium heat, whisk milk, lemon juice and cola gel for 1 minute. Place heating mat on medium heat. Pour half hot milk mixture over corn kernels. Transfer milk mixture to refrigerator; chill until ready to use.

Whisk 1 tablespoon cola mixture and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened; cook, stirring occasionally, until smooth.

Beat ndered lemons, gelatin and pepper-flavored gelatin in large bowl of heavy touch electric mixer until smooth and fairly homogeneous. Add olive oil, remaining 1 cup milk mixture, 10 teaspoon olive oil, lemon juice, 3 tablespoons raspberries and water. Stir in fruit. Pour mixture over corn; chill until ready to use. Raspberry mixture can be poured into heavy double boiler over cold water. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until fruit is thoroughly covered. Remove from oven. Eat immediately or leave until brittle. Arrange on cool serving platter.

To make Mouthwash: Combine 3/4 cup quarter-cup powdered milk, 2 teaspoons water and 1 tablespoon lime juice in small bowl.

To serve: In a resealable plastic bag, combine 2 teaspoons milk, 2 teaspoons water, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon raspberries. Mix well; pour over soup with spoon.
