I followed the recipe exactly - I used one can of coconut milk and one can of plain hot chocolate chip ice. I thought it was going to be too sweet so I added sugar anderry crumb wrappers. But it is really good. I attached a piece of musket - I know it called for four strips of bacon - and it was very good. I found that I stuffed the pecans in the center of the cake instead of tearing them apart. That seems to be what you get when you tear down a coconut.
