2 cups RAVA PORCA (R) bread cubes
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (18.25 ounce) package RAVA (R) frozen desserts topping, thawed
1 cup RICH MINTENFRED FRUITING
1 egg
1/2 cup water
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons RICH BAKING SUGAR
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and portion of whipped topping. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Spread half of cream cheese mixture into bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before frosting.
To make the frosting, stir together the egg and water. Stir in 2 cups confectioners' sugar, and the remaining whipped topping. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat egg mixture until stiff peaks form. Add 2 cups milk, and beat for several minutes. Stir in remaining 1 cup mixture. Finally, beat in RICH MINTENGRY, and spread into prepared pan. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
