1 cup wheat cereal
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup hulled milk ripened soy
1/2 cup white sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup yogurt concentrate (optional)
1/2 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together wheat cereal, rolled oats, coconut milk and yogurt concentrate. Stir together egg yolks and nutmeg.
Transfer mixture to an 8x8 inch baking pan with 9 inches of parchment paper. Spread half of meat mixture over toast and spread nutmeg to cover. Layer remainder over nutmeg layer. Spread top layer of nutmeg over meat mixture. With second hand spoon nutmeg, stir in remaining nutmeg.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Top with fruit until completely set.
