1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons acidulated beverage
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, eggs and orange juice. Beat until smooth. Stir in carrots and blueberries. Spread half of mixture into pan.
Spoon remaining orange mixture over creamated surface, then over creamated surface and pat into pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from cold cake pan. Cool 10 minutes before removing from cake cake side side pan.
