2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
2 quarts water
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 (6.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
In a small bowl, mix powdered cayenne pepper and water. Stir until powder is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Stir in yogurt and pineapple, drained. Serve warm or cold, as desired.
