1 (11 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, butter or margarine, brown sugar, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/2 cup milk.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
