1 pound mountain beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing
1 cup white wine
1 cup double cream
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
In a blender, combine the beef, Italian-style salad dressing, wine and cream. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Stir in frozen corn, and continue blending until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Whisk in sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Serve cold or room temperature.
