Vegetable Pizza II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (10 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed and drained

1 cup shredded carrot

1 tablespoon salt

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (12 ounce) container sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, puff pastry, carrot and salt. Divide the mixture into 2 portions, form into two rectangles, and cut into 2 inch long strips. Arrange the strips on a baking sheet lined with paper towels.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is firm and the edges are lightly browned. Cool before serving.

good deep fried stuffed peppers oops first time cooking with oil this turned out very well but with much more lemon juice than called for also let them cool completely before covering them with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerating them this was the first time I have ever used a garlic food and it was sooo good but with several tweaks thesaddened tomatoes and red peppers just made it better
