2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup white sugar
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Stir in salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and blueberries. Pour mixture over salad. Let stand 1 hour.
Makes 6 large plates.
