4 pounds lean ground beef
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed beef soup
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
2 (10.75 ounce) cans beef broth
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooked lentils
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine beef soup, tomato soup, and beef broth. Mix well until just mixed. Spread bread crumbs evenly over meat, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the meat, and lay the lentils over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
