3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, finely grated
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Taut mixture in pancake pan; cook until evenly brown. Stir in basil, garlic and rosemary; cook until all well blended. Stir in thyme, basil, salt and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
