2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
2 cups packed light brown gravy mix
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter, warmed slightly
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken in pan, and brown all over with liquid.
Mix together brown gravy mix and bread crumbs into skillet; Warm over medium, add hot butter, and stir until all liquid is incorporated.
Slowly pour sauce over chicken, and stir to combine; Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Easy and amazing. I baked the rolls at 425 for 10 minutes and they turned our crunchy, just as if I had fried them. Yum!!
