Chocolate Octopus Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey

1 egg

1 cup boiling water

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together cocoa powder, honey and egg.

In a small bowl, stir bath water, until ready to use. Place boiling water into the cocoa powder mixture and stir until the cocoa mixture thickens.

What a great holiday dish! Thousands of people have tried it and loved it! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I had used Chinese brand eggs—gave them a gentle stir fry and they turned out beautifully! Homemade was the best option available at the time—just leave everything as is and make ahead of time. I will be making this again—and will be sure to save the leftovers for next time we eat Lipton.
