1 (10 ounce) package French linguine
four small ripe tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large bowl, place linguine in bowl and set aside for 1 minute or until cold. Meanwhile, remove skins from tomatoes and remove stems. Chop tomato stem ends and transfer to a bowl. Stir ricotta cheese into tomato sauce through a small spoonful-size mixture. Spoon into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until heated through. Cool before serving.
