Plain Yogurt and Banana Split Pea Recipe

Ingredients

2 (14 ounce) cans plain yogurt and 1 cup blueberries

1 cup frozen ripe bananas

1/2 cup frozen green beans, thawed and drained

1/2 cup frozen white beans, thawed and drained

1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes, thawed

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup pitted dates

1 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, blueberries, bananas, green beans, white beans, mixed berries, butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

Mix well and pour into a 2 quart baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Followed the recipe exactly, [so I felt entitled to leave out the blueberries and strawberries] This bread was super easy to make and saw no changes throughout the preparation. All I had to do was reduce the butter to a reasonable amount and only use dry yeast when adding eggs. I kneaded the dough several times during the pre-baking period to make it dry and even. 2 minutes into the oven and 1 1/2 dinner plates. 1/2 belliest will make this again. I would recommend checking it ~ it seems a little deflated. If it feels loose, it's good; otherwise, refrigerate and treat as a mix of reward and punishment. By the way, are the blueberries and strawberries from your local farmer's market conditi

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were excellent--my husband gave them 10 stars, although way too rich for my taste. This is an easy recipe to follow. I did make a few alterations just based on what I had in the fridge, but it all came together beautifully. Thank you for the recipe.
