3/4 pound spaghetti
1/2 pound ham part 1
1/2 pound pepper ham
1 pound chopped broccoli
7 ounces corn kernels
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
Place ham bone in pot; add broccoli, carrots and Italian seasoning to pot. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes; turn and simmer for 3 more minutes.
Stir onions into tomatoes in pot. All other vegetables should be chopped.
