8 ounces plain nonfat dry yogurt
1 3/4 cups apple pie filling
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 pinch cinnamon
1 (23 ounce) can sliced pecan pulp
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
In a blender, combine plain yogurt, apple pie filling, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon and pecan pulp. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour mixture into cake crust. Chill before serving.
