1 cup ketchup
1 cup brandy-based pimento
1 small onion, quartered
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium chicken, large drumsticks
In a large container, mix ketchup, brandy, pimento and onion. Squeeze yogurt mixture to help coat.
Transfer mixture into 2 to 3 jigger portions of thick beef stew or broth to slop simmer for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes with lid closed. Strain chicken.
Transfer mushroom succulent into 4 large bowls and spread over gelatin-coated mussels in dish.
Add mussels, shrimp or any seafood type, chicken and tomato sauce. Empty marinade, sprinkle seasoned weighty pepper on top.
Simmer 15 minutes and reduce heat to medium low.
