1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium skillet, cook meat over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and cook until onion is translucent. Stir in tomato soup, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, butter, cheese and mozzarella cheese. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
