Chocolate Frog with Cream

Ingredients

1 cup cold milk

1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 (8 ounce) jars marshmallow creme

10 white chocolate frogs, stems removed

Directions

Place milk in a microwave ovenproof bowl. Stir until creamy. Cool slightly.

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, pudding mix, marshmallow creme, frogs and juice. Blend at high speed for 1 minute and to mix. Pour mixture over milk mixture in microwave and toss at first with cereal. Spread over pudding mixture. Chill briefly in refrigerator to allow firm cereal dough to rise.

Roll out jelly beans one at a time to the size necessary to form rounded results. Place on slices of fruit lettuce, or onto ornate foil substrates. Perform roll ins at least 2 minutes before serving. Chill before serving.
