This was super easy and super tasty. I cheated and bought the white chocolate and used the dark chocolate chips. I always prefer to add more liquid to recipes (especially the chocolate chips) so I didn't find it too liquidty but it still came out great. I also didn't have to bake for what seemed like forever and it came out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe!
I made a sandwich using this recipe that I absolutely loved. There are a few differences I would add, depending on how finely you slice the banana. I used a potato masher to slice the banana, which reduced the surface area, so you are transferring some of the heat to the sliced potato. I also baked the banana less than the recipe calls for, and it still turned out great. Oh, and the red onion I used in place of the red pepper, thanks for the suggestion, it was awesome, it gives the sandwich that extra pizzazz!
