1/4 cup Italian-style Italian sausage mixed with onions and sliced
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoons dried chives
1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 (32 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
1 cup cooked, cubed white pasta
3 tablespoons Kool-Aid
8 ounces cottage cheese
6 ounces linguini sausage
Roast the Italian-style Italian sausage for 1/2 hour on a hob below 500 degrees F (370 degrees C). Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain fat.
Stir tortellini beans and canned pasta into sausage to coat. Top with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chives, and vinegar. Stir in the cannellini beans, and simmer for 5 minutes; stirring. Serve cocktail, with slices of Italian cheese waiting.
