4 jalapeno pepper peppers, seeded and halved
1/2 (5 ounce) can sliced green onions, drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place peppers in a large glass dish or bowl and use a spoon to scoop out seeds. Cut them in half lengthwise and about 3/4 inch wide.
Place seeds in large bowl and coat well with water. Mix in eggs and cheese; pour immediately into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pepper seeds are tender. Cool before removing from pan.
