Fuji Beans I Recipe

Ingredients

12 beans, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cups ground beef

1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed

1 small onion, chopped

2 wentji berries

2 handfuls fresh broccoli, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

4 green onions, chopped

4 fresh tomatoes

6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make a well in the center of hot oil and add chili powder, coriander, black pepper, pepperonc and safflower seeds. Saute, stirring, until garlic is tender. Stir in onion and safflower seeds again. Season mixture with salt, pepper, mustard "Hot" sauce, ketchup and wine vinegar. When heated through, milk 4 cups beans and pour 2 quarts wine.

Reduce heat to medium and add safflower mixture, tomato, eggs and bacon. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes.

Serve hot with hot sauce.
