2 eggs, beaten
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups frozen corn kernels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, butter or margarine, flour and baking powder in large bowl until well blended. Add corn and salt, a little at a time, until well mixed. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes.
